Toucan Hill Lodges is a family-run retreat that began in 2015, born from our love for an untouched tropical paradise. Set on Bluff Beach, Bocas del Toro, along Panama’s Caribbean coast, this protected shoreline remains a sanctuary for nesting turtles and a haven of natural beauty.

HOW WE STARTED AND WHERE WE ARE NOW

The story of Toucan Hill Lodges began in April 2015, when the hilltop property was first acquired. What started with clearing the land and raising the first frames has since transformed into a fully realized tropical retreat. Over the years, the vision grew — from cabins taking shape to gardens flourishing and wildlife returning to the hillside.

Today, Toucan Hill Lodges is no longer just a dream in construction photos — it’s a completed haven on Bluff Beach, Bocas del Toro, with landscaped grounds, comfortable eco-lodges, and a brand-new pool inaugurated in May 2025. What once was a hilltop project is now a natural paradise, ready for you to experience.
